Is it a hotel or an Airbnb?
It's 100% on Airbnb. The mansion is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of your group, guaranteeing absolute privacy and total freedom to enjoy all the spaces as if they were yours.
How many rooms and beds do we have?
We have 10 spacious rooms and the flexibility to accommodate up to 22 beds, adjusting to the size of your group. King, Queen and double beds.
Is the property shared with other guests?
No, the mansion is completely yours during your stay. Every space of the property is designed so you can enjoy an exclusive and private experience.
Do you rent by rooms or the entire property?
The mansion is only rented in its entirety, guaranteeing privacy and exclusive access to all facilities.
What is the maximum capacity of the property?
The capacity is 22 beds distributed in 10 rooms. For special events, we can accommodate up to 150 guests.
Does the mansion have a pool?
Definitely! The mansion has two pools and a large jacuzzi: Rooftop pool for 30 people, surrounded by glass with stunning views of Medellín. Natural stone pool in the garden for 16 people. Jacuzzi for 12 people in the nightclub.
Does the property have AC and heating?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with AC and heating to ensure your comfort in any weather.

Is cleaning service included in the price?
Of course! Enjoy impeccable service with a housekeeper, daily cleaning and a host for personalized attention, all included in the price.
Does the price include all expenses?
The price includes all accommodation and use of facilities, pools, towels, cleaning, housekeeper, host and WiFi. Additional services such as chefs, transportation, ATVs…have an extra cost and are detailed before the reservation.
Do you offer additional services?
Yeah! You can enjoy our private dinners, healthy breakfast, relaxing massages, tours, ATVs, horseback riding and much more.
Can I cook on the property?
Of course. We have equipped kitchens and a grill so you can cook if you want, but groups usually prefer to relax and to have a chef cook for them so we also offer healthy private breakfasts and dinners according to your preferences.
Are there entertainment activities on the property?
Yes, enjoy in our private disco with jacuzzi and smoked machine, gym, pool table, two pools, poker table, gardens, beer pong, two dinning areas, sauna and much more.
Does the mansion have panoramic views?
Absolutely. Enjoy 360° views of the mountains and stunning views of Medellín.
Does the mansion have good internet?
Yes, we have Starlink internet and routers strategically located for stable connection throughout the property. The signal is excellent.
Rules & Logistics
Are DJs accepted?
Yeah! We have a private soundproof disco so yes, DJs are 100% welcome.
Can I bring musical groups for large parties?
Private parties are always allowed here, but no musical groups or mariachis to preserve the tranquility of the neighbors. However, DJs are really welcome using our integrated music systems.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 PM. If you need custom times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best.
How can I contact the host during my stay?
Your host will be available by WhatsApp and phone, he can help you with any recommendation about Medellín and the mansion.
How far is the airport?
José María Córdoba International Airport is 45 minutes away. We offer private transportation for your convenience.
Do we recommend to have an extra security service or bodyguards?
Definitely not, we are located in the safest neighborhood in Medellín, El Tesoro. Surrounded by mansions of businessmen and politicians. In addition, the mansion already has housekeeper service, cameras, and security boxes, so there is really no need to hire any extra security service.
